Our components are mainly used in diesel engines of locomotives and ships, as well as in the propulsion system of subway (meter) and trams. Production and inspection processes are meticulous

All work processes, materials used and subcontracted services are monitored throughout production. By working closely with our customers, we produce parts based on their individual requirements as well as industry standards and documentation.

Precision rolling, drilling and grinding

At Sanborn, we use modern machining technologies such as CNC turning, milling, grinding and drilling. We have both horizontal and vertical machining centers. During production we use special processes such as thread rolling, deep drilling or diamond belt grinding. Take a look at our machine park.

We place great emphasis on the quality and durability of the manufactured parts. Each step of the production process is accompanied by control mechanisms, the results of which are fully documented.

Resistance of products for transport

Transport components are characterised by strict requirements for quality, durability and precision finishing. We produce mainly larger batches of deliveries (up to 1,000 pieces per month), using automated workstations (e.g. Takisawa). The entire production process is accompanied by detailed documentation.
