Deep drilling

Deep drilling is a specific machining technology for which we are well equipped with the TIBO E40-2-1500.
This machine allows us to productively drill holes with a diameter of 5 mm up to 40 mm in length up to 1,500 mm.
Thanks to the power of the machine and the high quality cannon drill bits we use, we are able to drill even harder to machine materials such as duplex stainless steels or nickel superalloys such as Inconel or Nimonic.
Thanks to the combination of a machine designed only for cannon drilling and high quality drill bits, we are able to drill long holes with an accuracy of hundredths of a millimetre.
