Milling
Milling is one of the most commonly used machining technologies along with drilling and turning. That is why our company is equipped with a wide range of milling machines, from three-axis CNC milling machines to five-axis CNC milling centres or machines enabling full-fledged milling and turning in one operation.
Our CNC milling machines and milling centres have different design and kinematic concepts, allowing us to apply the best solution for the type of workpiece in order to achieve maximum quality and milling efficiency.
In order to use the full potential of these machines we are also equipped with a variety of clamping devices such as various machine vises, chucks, magnetic clamping plates and a range of single-purpose fixtures for efficient clamping of complex parts such as various forgings, castings, etc.
As with other technologies, we are able to cover a wide range of workpiece sizes with our machines. As well as turning, we can mill most ferrous and non-ferrous materials and sheets used in industry, including those that are difficult to machine.
- Workpiece dimensions: 10 x 10 x 10 to 1,000 x 1,000 x 1,000 mm,
2,000 x 700 x 500 mm - Max. workpiece weight: approx. 2 500 kg
Optimum number of pieces in a batch:
- up to approx. 100 x 100 x 100 mm 1 to hundreds of pieces
- up to approx. 500 x 500 x 500 mm 1 to tens of pieces
- up to approx. 1 000 x 1 000 x 1 000 mm or 2 000 x 700 x 500 mm 1 to tens of pieces
