Annual investments in measuring and control equipment enable us to meet the high control requirements of our customers. Our experience and focus on quality is demonstrated in regular customer audits.
We have been certified to ISO 9001:2015 since 1998, as well as ISO 14001:2015; AS/EN 9100; PED 2014/68/EU; AD-2000/W0.
The inspection of products is carried out in air-conditioned laboratories equipped with 3D coordinate machines from ZEISS and WENZEL, optical measuring instrument VICIVISION, circular and Mahr profilometer, microscope, boroscopes and other measuring instruments from renowned manufacturers.
We provide 3.2 acceptance according to EN 10204 in cooperation with leading companies such as TÜV, Lloyd'sRegister, DNV GL and others.
Mechanical tests carried out at SANBORN:

Non-destructive tests performed by our certified inspectors:

Inspectors are certified to ASNT-TC-1A and ISO EN 9172 level 2 and 3.
Specialized tests are provided in cooperation with external laboratories with the appropriate certification.
