Grinding
Grinding is a technology for achieving final surfaces anddimensions of parts in high precision , and many of the parts we produce require exactly this technology.
For grinding we are equipped with a range of CNC grinding machines for grinding cylindrical surfaces, both internal and external, up to a length of 1,500 mm. In addition, we have two NC grinding machines for grinding between the tips up to a workpiece length of 4,000 mm.
We also have one CNC grinder for surface grinding. The two CNC grinding machines are also located in air-conditioned rooms for maximum temperature stability and machine accuracy.
We can also offer grinding of hot runner tooling (typically HVOF tungsten carbide tooling) using diamond tooling up to 4,000 mm in length.
