We manufacture high-precision shafts and piston rods for compressors and pumps, which are crucial for the reliable and efficient operation of these devices. We manufacture these parts for both OEM and service companies. These parts find application in pumps for Oil & Gas, but also in the energy sector. Since we supply these parts for use in nuclear power plants, we apply extreme attention to quality throughout the manufacturing process.


We are experienced in HVOF coating, induction hardening and nitriding. We machine piston rods from both rolled and forged rods. Production capabilities are limited to a maximum length of 4000mm and a maximum diameter of 600mm.


The most common materials are: 42CrMo4+QT, C45, 30CrNiMo8, X2CrNiMo17-12-2, X5CrNiMo17-12-2, X2CrNiMoN17-12-2, X2CrNiMoN22-5-3, MONEL K500V.
