Parts for the production of plastic moulds

The production of parts for so-called preforms is demanding due to specific requirements for precision, surface quality and material durability. The required precision reaches micrometers (µm). Some of our parts, such as Gate inserts, require a smooth and glossy surface. The achieved surface quality is Ra ˂ 0.1 µm.


Other parts we manufacture include nozzle bodies, various types of nuts, guide bushes, etc.


The materials that are used for production are of the tool steel grade, which are of high hardness and durability. These materials are hardened during the manufacturing process to achieve higher hardness.
