Hermle C62 U MT

The biggest investment this year was the acquisition of a Hermle C62 U MT multifunctional turning and milling centre. This is the largest model series offered by this renowned German manufacturer. The C62 U MT is fully equipped for complex five-axis milling and at the same time allows full turning of workpieces up to a diameter of 1,200 mm. The machine is equipped in our case with a very powerful spindle with an output of up to 70 kW, which predestines it for efficient machining of even difficult to machine materials such as nickel superalloys. The acquisition of this machine opens up new machining possibilities, both in terms of size and the complexity and precision of the workpieces.
