Piston rods and nuts for reciprocating compressors

We supply piston rods and nuts for more than 15 years to OEM and also for service companies. We have experience with surface treatment such as HVOF coating, induction hardening and nitriding. We machine piston rods from both rolled and forged rods. Production possibilities are limited by a maximum length of 4000 mm and a maximum diameter of 600 mm. Material used for the production: AISI 4142, AISI 410, AISI 420, TYPE 630, 30NCD16, 34CrAlNi7-10, 34CrNiMo6.
