NLX 2000/500-SY + Robo2go

As part of the automation of the machining of parts produced in series from a few tens to thousands of pieces, a DMG MORI NLX 2000/500-SY machine with a Robo2go robotic stacker was purchased. The NLX machine is very reliable, accurate and suitable for the production of smaller parts. This is the third machine of the same type in Sanborn´s machining park. However, instead of a bar feeder, this particular machine is equipped with a robotic arm for loading semi-finished products, whether they are smaller forgings, blanks or blanks from bars. The workplace is designed for autonomous operation without permanent staff presence.
