Herkules X-CNC

Based on the needs to productively and accurately cut corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant materials, a Herkules band saw from the Czech manufacturer Pegas Gonda was purchased in 2023. It was purchased based on a very good experience with the same machine installed in 2022. The advantage of this saw is primarily its massive and rigid construction, which, together with modern sensors of the cutting process and the control system, guarantees accurate and fast cutting of even the most difficult to divide materials with a long service life of the saw belts.
